Adult Acne

Hi, just saw my derm today and he expressed to me that if you’re over 22 and are still dealing with acne, you’ll probably never grow out of it. I kinda find this very hard to believe. Anyone here, excluding ppl with adult onset acne, started acne in the teens and grew out of it after the age 22?
